a) Book purchases - We process the personal data required to complete and despatch your book purchase, including your name, billing address, delivery address, payment details, mobile number, telephone number and email address. We collect your email address in order to send you any correspondence relating to your order; we collect your telephone number so that we can contact you if there are any issues with the order.

 

b) Newsletters - We collect your name and email address when you sign up to receive newsletters.

 

c) Enquiries - When you contact us directly by phone or via our enquiry form, we may collect additional data to help us resolve any queries relating to your enquiry.

Your personal data will be processed by the internal staff of Michael Baker Acupuncture who have been authorised for this processing. How long do we keep your data?
